Baobab Beach Resort & Spa is the largest and most-awarded all-inclusive resort on Kenya's south coast. Set across 80 acres of tropical gardens with over 500 metres of beach frontage between Diani and Galu, it has been named Africa's Leading Family Resort four years running (2020–2024), earned TripAdvisor's Best of the Best 2025, and holds Travellife Gold sustainability certification.

The Three Wings

The resort operates as three hotels in one, with 323 rooms across the property. The Baobab wing — renovated in 2024 — sits centrally and offers the classic all-inclusive experience. Kole Kole is the beachfront, family-focused wing with 84 rooms and direct access to the sand. Maridadi — 'beautiful' in Swahili — is the boutique wing oriented toward couples, with 56 rooms including deluxe bungalows and its own three-tier cascading pool set in the gardens. Each wing has its own reception and pool area, but guests can roam freely across the entire property.

Dining & Entertainment

Five restaurants serve everything from themed buffet nights at Karibu to seafood at Jodari, Swahili-Mediterranean fusion at Marhaba, and fine dining at Tangezi. The Maridadi restaurant offers buffet dining with live cooking stations. Tangezi and Marhaba are à la carte at a supplement. Ten bars and lounges keep drinks flowing throughout the day — including a swim-up bar at the main pool. Evening entertainment runs at the Porini Amphitheatre with live shows, cultural performances, and a nightly disco.
