The Dhow Experience

Their signature experience is the sunset dhow cruise — a traditional wooden sailboat gliding along the coast as the sun drops behind the palm trees. There's no engine noise, no rush. The crew serves fresh fruit and cold drinks while you watch the coastline turn gold. It's the single best way to end a day in Diani, and locals will tell you the same.

Reef Snorkeling

The coral reef off Diani is one of Kenya's best-kept secrets — butterflyfish, parrotfish, and the occasional sea turtle in water so clear you can see 15 metres down. Zhufari's guides know exactly where to go depending on the tide and conditions.
